On July 30, 2012 IDGC of the North-West, JSC held a meeting with ALSTOM Grid equipment manufacturer. On the part of the interregional electric power grid company the meeting was participated in by General Director Sergey Titov. At the beginning of the meeting Sales Director of ALSTOM Grid Steffen Breuer delivered a presentation on the company’s work within the Russian Federation territory. According to him, equipment produced by the company has been installed at multiple electric power grid complex and generation facilities. Within IDGC of the North-West equipment by ALSTOM Grid has been operated at one of the substations of Novgorodenergo branch, is currently being mounted at Logmozero substation of Karelenergo branch and is planned to be deployed at a substation of Vologdaenergo branch.
“IDGC of the North-West is an open company. Our technical policy is public and is aimed at enhancement of consumer power supply reliability. The planned amount of our 2012 investment program is 6.6 bln RUR; with current and future projects one can familiarize oneself at the company’s Web-site. It is long-term planning that we strive at”, said General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov in his address of response. He emphasized the fact of the company taking efforts to improve competition conditions for manufacturers.
