Representatives of top and middle management of Rosseti Group companies completed the first stage of training under the program “Strategy and Tactics in the Era of Digitalization with regard to the electricity sector”, tailor-made for the holding by the University in Innopolis (Republic of Tatarstan).

 During the event, which was held for several days at the site of the advanced training center of the Republic, top managers studied the advanced experience of introducing digital technologies by global leaders from various sectors of the economy, familiarized themselves with modern ways of improving business efficiency in the realities of the Russian energy industry.

"The main competence today is the ability and the desire to learn. In a rapidly changing world, the digital transformation of our industry is of particular importance. This competence should be owned by every employee of our company, regardless of his age, position and status", said Vladimir Ryabikin, General Director of IDGC of Volga.
