Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (“OPIN” or the “Company”) today announces about successful closing of the deal, as a result of which the Company has gained control of 100% ownership interest in Capital Industriya, LLC  and Eko-Polis, LLC. After this deal JSC “OPIN” has gained a 100% control of Instroy, LLC, which owns land plots intended for Pavlovo-II Cottage Community development. After that acqusition JSC “OPIN” owns approximately 86,9 hectares of land for “Pavlovo-II” project.

Pavlovo-II Cottage Community is located near Pavlovo-I Cottage Community, Pavlovo Podvorye Retail and Entertaiment Complex and Pavlovo School.

Concept of the project envisages construction of individual cottages, town houses and apartments. Special designs in common architectural style are offered. OPIN plans to build recreational complex and to do landscaping of the entire territory.
