The working party was formed with the purpose of “providing reliability of energy supply, organization of cooperation with consumers, organs of the executive power of subjects of RF and regional organs of tariff regulation, prevention and settlement of conflict situations”.

The working party included the heads of companies of the energy field that are represented in Sverdlovsk region.

They appointed general director of TGC-9 Andrey Makarovthe Chairman of the working party, they elected general director of “Sverdlovenergo” Vladimir Kalsin the deputy chairman.
