Perm, January 18th, 2007. Within the limits of realization of ecological policy of RAO “UES of Russia” in TGC-9 will be carried out the internal auditing of environmental activity at the generating stations of Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk region and Komi Republic.

Ecological auditing of stations of TGC-9 will be carried out during the whole year. During the examination in company branches they will control the efficiency of organization of environmental activity, quality of work of waste disposal plants, fullness of monitoring of influence on the environment. Today TGC-9 starts training of the heads of branches and also those, who are responsible for the environmental activity of specialists on problems, methods, practice of carrying out of ecological auditing and introduction of the system of ecological management.

Ecological policy of TGC-9 provides the creation of system of the internal ecological auditing in company branches and execution of regular estimation and examination of the efficiency of existing situation with environmental protection.

Carrying out of ecological auditing of TGC-9 branches will allow to increase the efficiency of environmental activity of the company. According to the results of examination of energy objects of TGC-9 they will work out recommendations on improvement of protective actions of the environment. In the long-term outlook ecological auditing is an important step on the way of introduction in TGC-9 of the system of ecological management on the basis of the international standard ISO 14000.
