On 28 November 2007Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (“JSC OPIN” or the “Company”) has entered into a loan agreement with ING Wholesale Banking (ING Bank N.V.) for an amount of US$ 100 million at annual interest of LIBOR plus 2% (with an increase to LIBOR plus 2.75% in May 2008 and to LIBOR plus 3.5% in August 2008). The OPIN Group’s companies have entered into a deed of guarantee.
