On January 24, 2008 the Federal Financial Markets Service registered additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of OJSC “Volga Territorial Generation Company” distributed by way of public offering.

In compliance with the decision, the power company will distribute 3 billion 859 million shares of additional issue with a face-value of one ruble each. The additional issue was assigned the state registration number 1-01-55113-?-008D.

Moreover, distribution and circulation outside the territory of the Russian Federation of ordinary registered uncertified shares of OJSC “Volga TGC” with state registered numbers of issue and additional issue 1-01-55113-? of 01.11.2005 and 1-01-55113-?-008D of 24.01.2008 in the amount of 7 billion 493 million 769 thousand 41 ordinary registered uncertified shares was permitted.
