In November International rating agency “Standard & Poors” published the results of its research of the transparency of Russian companies in 2006. "UTK" PJSC  is rated the 10-th keeping the position of 2005.

According to the research the transparency index of "UTK" PJSC , which is an average index of information disclosure, grew by 1% over 2005 from 67% to 68%.

According to the research results top 10 positions are occupied mainly by telecommunications companies having the transparency index ranging from 68 to 79%. But the information disclosure level of the leaders decreased versus the previous year. According to S&P analysts it was due to the fact that the leading companies reached the level of information disclosure meeting the standards set forth by regulatory requirements and acceptable for foreign investors.

“Standard & Poors” research covers 70 largest Russian companies accounting for 90% of the national stock market capitalization. All information used in the research are derived from publicly available, published sources.
