With a view of further development of partner relationships with consumers TGC-9 set up a task group for work with consumers.

Major tasks of the task group are analysis of information about complaints and problems, the steps taken for their solving, resolution and prevention of conflicts. Another important task of the task group is provision of feedback with consumers. Within the limits of this direction in the departments of the operation dispatcher direction of the Production directions of TGC-9 are established “hot” telephone lines of work with consumers, regulated stages of work with each received call.

The task group of TGC-9 for work with consumers was headed by the First Deputy General Director on Technical Policy – Chief Engineer Vladimir Busorgin. The new body also included representatives of directions of technical auditing and work with consumers, Production directions in the regions of company actvity.
