Shares of the following spin-off companies of regional energos have been included in the list of non-listed securities of ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange" effective today: OAO "Vyatskaya Electricity and Heat Company" and OAO "Mordovia Generation Company" established as a result of regional energos' restructuring.
This step was taken in order to ensure liquidity of securities of the companies established in the course of electricity reform.
