Perm. October 4^th, 2006. Perm heat networks, branch of OJSC “TGC-9”, continue accessing of apartment houses and establishments of the city of Perm to the system of district heating. The total percent of accessing in Perm is 56%.

For today among homes of social sphere the heat was given in 81% of hospitals, 93% of schools and 93% of children’s institutions. The percent of accessing in the institutes of higher education, technical schools, colleges, etc. was 55%, in the enterprises – 25%. The heat was given in 100% of hospitals in Dzerzhinsky district, in all children’s institutions of Ordzhonikidzevsky district and all schools of Industrialny district.

To the system of district heating in Perm they connected 69% of municipal apartment houses and 52% of not municipal apartment houses.

The leaders of accessing of municipal dwelling among the districts of Perm are Ordzhonikidzevsky district and Dzerzhinsky district. Here they connected 97% and 87% of houses correspondingly. Then follows Motovilikhinsky district – 77%, Industrialny district – 74%, Sverdlovsky district – 71%, Kirovsky district – 61% and Leninsky district – 13%.

Concerning not municipal dwelling: maximum percent of accessing is in Sverdlovsky district (93%) and Industrialny district (81%). Then follows Dzerzhinsky district (72%), then Ordzhonikidzevsky district (53%), Motovilikhinsky district (44%), Leninsky district (30%) and Kirovsky district (26%).

Trunk networks are under the jurisdiction of Perm heat networks. The direct accessing of consumers is effected by service organizations.

For today in the balance-sheet of the enterprise there are nearly 670 km of trunk heat networks in the single-pipe computation. PHN deal with operation, current repair, major repair, reconstruction of trunk networks.
