As a result of accident on mine in Berezniki, the equipment and communications of Bereznikovskaya thermal power station-10 was in a dangerous zone of possible sags of terrestrial surface. This thermal power station is one of three power stations of TGK-9, located in Berezniki, provides power supply of the western part of city with the population about 40 thousand person. Other two stations of TGK-9 - thermal power station-2 and thermal power station-4 - are in a safe zone.

In autumn 2006, right after accidents on mine Uralkalija, TGC-9 within a week has organized works on carry of the gas main, feeding station. Then TGC-9 operatively and successfully solved the essential problem of maintenance of thermal power station by fuel during autumn-winter period and on the future.

In July 2007 forecasts was confirmed about possible sags of terrestrial surface under territory of Beleznikovskaya thermal power station-10 and the main thermal networks of a heat supply, connecting power station with city distributive networks of heating by the end of 2007. In this connection JSC " TGC-9 " the program of actions on maintenance of a reliable heat supply of consumers Berezniki is developed. The company will translate a heat supply of consumers from the thermal power station-10, being in a zone of a possible failure, on thermal power station-4, will lead works on preparation of thermal power station-4 to increased loadings, will construct new heating main, reconstructs heating leading-out with bereznikovskaya thermal power station-2 for expansion of a zone of a heat supply of this station. Investments of JSC " TGC-9 " on realization of the given actions are estimated in 760 million roubles.

Now on construction of the main heating system, which extent is 5,3 km in JSC " TGC-9 " contract agreement on realization of a full complex of works was concluded, the line of a heating system was coordinated, works on topographical shooting and geological researches of soils were executed, heaping of lines was made, the part of piles (near10 % of all quantity), was open a part of trances under a underground lining of pipelines (about 20 % of all the extent long lines) is hammered. Delivery of the presolated pipes and welding pipelines was begun, necessary stop valves armature was completely received for construction of heating main. On this object JSC " TGC-9 " already paid 270 million rbl for materials and works.

JSC " TGC-9 " concluded contract agreement on realization of a full complex of works on construction of a boiler installation by capacity 360 Gcal/h on platform Bereznikovskaya thermal power station-4. On object the marking under priming of base was made, there is a delivery of equipment - stop and control valves, pipelines, network, condensate and makeup pumps, works on the device of bases under the core and auxiliary equipment item are conducted, metalwares are under under equipment and platforms of tracking.

On platform Bereznikovskaya thermal power station-4 is conducted regenerative repair of a steam boiler by ?9 productivity of 120 tons/h. On this object the contract contracluded on performance of all amount of works is concluded, 65 % from total amount of necessary works on dismantle of the equipment are already executed, pipelines are partially put, development of the project of reconstruction of a boiler and reconstruction of system of gas supply is conducted, elements of a boiler are made, the complete set the necessary equipment proceeds.
