05.10.07, Perm. The basic source of heat and energy for consumers of Gubakha is Kizelovskaya SDPS-3 (branch of JSC " TGC-9 "). The main thermal networks are on service of station. They have annually training, multistage preparation for the autumn-winter period.

In July 2007 JSC " TGC-9 " received in rent Gubanskie quarter thermal networks, many of which are in a unsatisfactory technical condition. The repair program and the project of the investment program was developed for preparation of heating systems for a cold season in TGC-9.

By preparation for autumn-winter period 2007-2008 experts of TGC-9 executed repair of quarter thermal networks of Gubakha for the sum of 15 million roubles. It is in some times more than financings which was provided last years. Replacement of 1045 meters of pipelines by the central thermal items (CTC) ?3, ?6, ?26 was lead during works. Works on replacement of inputs on CTC ?1 now come to the end - 1200 m. Works on replacement of isolation of pipes on CTC ?52 - 50 m, CTC ?49 - 400 m, CTC ?30 - 250 m CTI, on a site of HC 8 - HC10 - 300 m, HC6? - 400 m.

It is planned, in long prospective, that restoration of quarter thermal networks will be continued, including: reconstraction of hydraulic power station and CTC, installation of new thermal centers and replacement of shabby pipelines.

Realization of repair campaign will allow to increase effectivness of work and reliability of system of a heat supply of Gubakha.

Open Joint Stock Company “Territorial Generating Company ?9” was registered on December, 9 2004 and started operational activity on April, 1 2005.

The company includes 23 power stations, 35 boiler shops and 4 heat networks factories located at Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Komi. The installed generating capacity of the company is 3280 MWt, heat capacity - 18952 Gk/h. The staff accounts over 11 thousand people. The General Director of OJSC “TGC-9” is Andrey Yu.Makarov.

The formation of target structure of the Company passed in two stages. On May,1 2006 OJSC TGC-9 was restructured through incorporation of OJSC Perm Generating Company and OJSC Sverdlovsk Generating Company. On February, 1 2007 OJSC “TGC-9” was reorganized by adjoining of OJSC Komi Regional Generating Company. OJSC “ Territorial Generating Company ? 9” has completed s restructuring process.

RAO UES share in OJSC “TGC-9” is over 50, 049%, IES-Holding owns about 30 % of the shares of the company.

The share capital of OJSC “TGC-9” is 17 093 693 607 RUR 64 copeck. Shares of OJSC “TGC-9” are allowed to be put up for auction at RTS from September, 15 2006, at MICEX from September, 22 2006.
