The Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) on 4 July 2006 registered the ordinary and preferred share issues and the share placement reports filed by OAO "Ulyanovsk Distribution Company" and OAO "Samara Distribution Company" spun off from OAO "Ulyanovskenergo" and OAO "Samaraenergo", respectively. According to the resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:

OAO "Ulyanovsk Distribution Company":

• 20,751,554 ordinary shares, par value RUB3 per share, for a total value of RUB62,254,662. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55202-E;
• 6,917,066 preferred shares, par value RUB3 per share, for a total value of RUB20,751,198. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55202-E.

OAO "Samara Distribution Company":

• 3,566,585,532 ordinary shares, par value RUB0.25 per share, for a total value of RUB891,646,383. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55204-?;
• 522,144,000 preferred shares, par value RUB0.48 per share, for a total value of RUB250,629,120. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55204-?.
