Moscow, 11 April 2005. RAO "UES of Russia" is participating in the Hannover Fair, which takes place from 11 April through 15 April in Hannover, Germany.

More than 6,000 exhibitors from 60 countries are presenting their latest developments at the Fair. For Russia, participation in this Fair is a top foreign economic event of this year.

Russia is staging a special presentation "Partner Country Russia" at the Hannover Fair 2005, with 136 major companies showcasing their latest technology and products. The exhibition of RAO "UES of Russia", From Monopoly to Competition, presents a detailed overview of the restructuring of the Russian electricity industry opening up new opportunities for cooperation with companies and foreign partners.
