From 4 to 7 June in Archangelsk were held the competitions of the operating personnel of the cross-cut binding department of heat power plants of the United Energy Systems of the Northwestern region. The team of the Republic of Komi consisted of the experts of the Sosnogorskaya HPP, being TGC-9 Branch.
The main organizer of the competitions was “Sevzapenergotechnadzor”, its representatives acted as the judges. Knowledge and skills of the staff were tested through nine stages. At the first and second stages the teams showed their level of knowledge of Labour safety and accident prevention. At the stages from 3rd to 6th there were tested the professional skills of shop supervisors and shift foremen of power plants. At the 7th stage the teams took part in the complex training of the operating shift of the station. At the 8th stage fire prevention training was held. The participants showed skills of first aid to the injured persons at the 9th stage.
The competitions were aimed at increasing the professional standards of the operating personnel of heat power stations, preventing incidents occurring from mistaken actions of the employees, testing coherence and accuracy of the personnel action in the event of an emergency and providing maintenance of the operating reliability of the station.
According to the total score the winner of the competition was team of Arkchangelsk HPP which got the right to take part in the All-Russian competitions of the operating personnel of HPPs. The team of SHHP won the second place and was conferred the title of “The Best complex team of the operating personnel of cross-cut binding department of heat power stations of the North-Western Region of Russia”. The third place was given to the team of the Kirishsk SDPP.
Sosnogorsk HPP team was one of the best at preliminary contest of TGC-9 conducted in April and May this year, according to the results of which it represented the Company in the competitions of the North-Western Region of Russia.
OJSC “Territorial generating company ?9” registered on December,9 2004 started operational activity on April, 1. 2005.
The company includes 23 power stations, 35 boiler shops and 4 heat networks factories located at Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Komi. The installed generating capacity of the company is 3280 MWt, heat capacity - 18952 Gk/h. The staff accounts over 11 thousand people. The General Director of OJSC “TGC-9” is Andrey Yu.Makarov.
The formation of target structure of the Company passed in two stages. On May,1 2006 OJSC TGC-9 was restructured through incorporation of OJSC Perm Generating Company and OJSC Sverdlovsk Generating Company. On February, 1 2007 OJSC “TGC-9” was reorganized by adjoining of OJSC Komi Regional Generating Company. OJSC “ Territorial Generating Company ? 9” has completed s restructuring process.
RAO UES share in OJSC “TGC-9” is over 50, 049%, IES-Holding owns about 30 % of the shares of the company.
The share capital of OJSC “TGC-9” is 17 093 693 607 RUR 64 copeck. Shares of OJSC “TGC-9” are allowed to be put up for auction at RTS from September, 15 2006, at MICEX from September, 22 2006.
