On June 22, 2009 OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has paid the coupon yield in full and in due time to the holders of Eurobonds at the rate of 8,5 million US Dollars.

An inaugural issue of Eurobonds of the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim took place at the end of 2005. Securities have passed listing and bargain at the Irish stock exchange (Dublin). The emitter of Eurobonds is the NKNK FINANCE PLC (Ireland), organizers of issue are OAO MDM Bank and ZAO IK The Triple Dialogue. The volume of Eurobonds issue is 200 million US Dollars, an annual interest rate is 8,5 % for the whole term of maturity, with payment of the income every six months. Maturity before final redemption is 10 years. Principal redemption is made by equal shares of 20 million US Dollars every six months  together with the Eurobonds yield, beginning from June 22, 2011 till December 22, 2015.

The company, during the activity had no cases of a default under all financial obligations. On April 2, 2009 the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim in full and in due time has executed the offer under ruble bonds of the 4th series. Before that, on March 30, 2009, the OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim has paid to holders of the aforementioned bonds the income of 74 715 000 rubles.
