At Novo-Sverdlovskaya HPP young powermen were met by its director – Pavel Rodin. He congratulated the newcomers – participants of the competition of creative works with joining the club, showed children the boiler and turbine workshop, repair of turbine rotor. Children got acquainted with the arrangement of water cooling tower (“multistorey” construction for cooling of network water).

After meeting with powermen of Novo-Sverdlovskaya HPP children visited the consumer – Ekaterinburg toy factory. Before the new year its specialists were busy making toys, devoted to the theme of Eastern horoscope – the coming year of pig. Young powermen could even take part in their creation: they filled legs and pig's snouts with fluff with excitement.

For information: the club “Young powerman” exists for four years. The meetings are held every month. During this time children visited and got acquainted with energy objects of almost the whole Sverdlovsk region: Kachkanarskaya, Artyomovskaya, Krasnogorskaya, Novo-Sverdlovskaya HPP, Reftinskaya, Nizhneturinskaya, Sredneuralskaya HPP, Verhoturskaya HPS.
