The collective agreement for 2007-2008 has been signed in TGC-2

Signing the collective agreement has taken place in Joint-Stock Company "Territorial Generation Company #2" (TGC-2) for 2007-2008. On the part of the employer the collective agreement has been signed by the general director of the Company Andrey Vagner, on the part of employees - chairman of Council of representatives of initial trade-union organizations TGC-2 German Orlov.

Theses of the collective agreement are distributed to all enterprises which are included in configuration of TGC-2 (except JSC "Arkhangelsk Generation Company", the question of form of connection to TGC-2 is not solved yet). And in this sense the signed document is the first for the inter-regional companies in Holding of RAO"UES of Russia".

Andrey Vagner considers, that the collective agreement becomes one of the basic documents regulating activity of the Company. And joint, laborious work with trade unions above its creation will allow to provide social security of TGC-2 employees and to solve many social problemes.

German Orlov has noted that at work above the document sides have tried to take into account all requirements of the labour legislation, to reveal and correct defects which contained in the collective agreement for 2006. According to the trade-union leader, in the new document more precise and concrete measures concerning increase of a standard of life and social security of workers, improvement of a labour safety and system of privileges and guarantees are determined.

The project of the collective agreement has passed wide discussion in labour collectives of Central Administrave Boardes of TGC-2. All privileges and the guarantees earlier existed at each enterprise, have been unified, and all employees of the Company have received identical volume of the social rights.

The information.

JSC "Territorial generation company #2" was registered on 19 April 2005 in the city of Yaroslavl. The resolution to establish JSC "TGC-2" as a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAO "UES of Russia" was approved by the Board of Directors of RAO "UES of Russia" on 25 February 2005.

TGC-2 includes the generating enterprises of six regions - the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kostroma, Novgorod, Tver and Yaroslavl areas. Under control of the company there are 16 thermal power stations, 8 boiler-houses, 4 enterprises of thermal networks. The installed general electric wattage of enterprises of TGK-2 - 2423,5 mWt, the installed thermal wattage - 12156 Gkal/hour.

Besides the Company rents municipal and departmental boiler-houses in Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Tver, Konakovo and Vishny Volochok. There are also JSC "Arkhangelsk retail company", JSC "Kostroma Retail Company" and JSC "Tver energy Retail Company" in asset management of TGC-2.

Authorized Capital of TGC-2 is 7 billion 117 million 127 thousand 045 roubles and 01 copeck now. The share of RAO "UES of Russia" in Authorized Capital of TGC-2 is 49,18 % from total of shares.
