A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on December 18, at 2:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

·                     On Gazprom’s interim operating results for 2007, draft Investment Program, Budget (Financial Plan) and Cost Optimization (Reduction) Program for 2008 and projections through 2010;

·                     On the progress with the Gasification Program for Russian Federation Regions and the disbursement of the cash earmarked for its execution in 2007;

·                     On gasification programs for Eastern Siberia and the Far East;

On Gazprom’s participation in gas fired power generation projects in the Republic of Armenia and the approval of interested party transactions aimed at acquiring additional registered ordinary shares in ArmRosgazprom.
