In the competition took part the Minister of Industry and Power Engineering of KR Nikolay Gerasimov, his Deputy Anatoly Chutkin, Deputy Head of tariff service of KR Andrey Sheremet, representatives of the Development Department of RAO “UES of Russia”, TGC-9, JSC “AEC “Komienergo”, JSC “Mondy business Paper Syktyvkarsky LPC”.

According to the suggestion of RAO “UES of Russia” the Ministry of industry and power engineering of KR conducted a meeting where they discussed the question of establishment of territorial program of regional development for 5 years and its signing. The aim of the program was to work out together with the republic administration and powermen the plan of measures that in the medium-term outlook will completely provide the needs of consumers and eliminate the existing controversies.

Administration of the region is proposed to work out the plan of social and economic development of the subject of RF. In this program RAO provides reliable functioning and development of the United energy system of Russia.

The function of activity coordination on reliable provision of energy supply of consumers is given to the regional administration.

RAO representatives approved the proposed program. They plan to sign it in September.
