The computer-based information measuring system of commercial accounting of electric energy is designed for on-line inspection and fulfillment of the efficient commercial account of generation and consumption of electric energy. The system allows optimally, on line, to control the generation of electric energy, its distribution among consumers and also to provide the work of TGC-9 on the wholesale market of electric energy. Now the creation or modernization of CIMS CAE is a mandatory requirement of NP “Administrator of the trading network” for work of the organization on the wholesale market of electric energy.

They started creating the system of CIMS CAE at Perm stations of TGC-9 in 2005. According to the results of inspection they worked out the requirements specification and project documentation, chose the contractors for the supply of equipment, installation and setting of the system, personnel training.

Now at the stations of TGC-9 in Perm Territory they have started the operational test of CIMS CAE. This stage will last, roughly, to December 15^th. During this time the company specialists will control the work of the system, trace its major characteristics. They plan to set the system in operation by January 1^st, 2007.
