Knight Frank Russia and CIS Company has been appointed as an exclusive adviser of JSC ?PIN on marketing and leasing of a retail and entertainment complex “A.I. Raikin Art, Culture, Retail and Entertainment Centre”, located in Moscow at Sheremetevskaya Street, bld.8.   

The Centre is being constructed in the North-Eastern Administrative district of Moscow at the intersection of Sushchevsky Val and Sheremetevskaya Street. The area is located close to the Third Ring-Road, Prospect Mira and Olympiyskiy Prospect, characterized by easy transport access and considered prospective for development. Besides, the construction of the Mariyina Roshcha Metro station directly opposite the Centre is in process.

The Complex will have a total area of approximately 75,000 sq. m, consisting of the commercial part with a floor area of over 60 thousand sq. m (including A class office space in excess of 14 000 sq. m.), the theatre and the hotel with a floor area of 8 000 sq. m. The project provides for a well developed infrastructure, including a two-level underground parking for 720 cars.

The theatre accommodation with a floor area of approximately 10 thousand sq. m will become the heart of the Complex. It will include an open-air theatre, a theatre school/studio and a hotel. The major construction works are expected to be completed in the forth quarter of 2009.

The A.I. Raikin Cultural Support and Development Fund, a non-profit organization, is a partner in this project.
