On 20 October 2009 LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) received a notification from CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange that the Executive Board  has decided to include LSR Group ordinary shares in the Quotation list “A” of the 2nd level. Furthermore, LSR Group received notification that LSR Group Series 02 bonds were included in the Quotation list “A” of the 1st level.

One of the reasons to include LSR Group securities in the Quotation lists of a higher level was a sustainable liquidity growth which they have been demonstrating for the last 6 months.

LSR Group ordinary shares and bonds were previously included in the MICEX Quotation list “B”. LSR Group's Series 02 bond issue of RUR 5 billion was placed in August 2008.
