CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya (a subsidiary of LSR Group) has completed the assembly of three multiunit houses for the military personnel with a total area of 78.3 thousand square meters of flats. The residential neighbourhood is being constructed in Balashikha, Moscow Region, for the needs of the Ministry of Defence. The houses in Balashikha will be the first houses of Euro’PA series, which was launched in the Moscow Region in 2009 by LSR Group’s subsidiaries.
The construction started less than one year ago. The assembled multiunit buildings will be fully fitted out and the first two houses will be completed ahead of the schedule, by the end of the year (according to the contract terms, CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya is to complete six houses with a total living area of 140 thousand square meters of flats by June 2011).
Solid-core panels for exclusive Euro’PA series are manufactured at the new production line of Zavod ZhBI-6 (a subsidiary of LSR Group) where the second stage of the production capacities upgrade is underway at the moment. As soon as CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya completes facade works, Moscow Region residents and other market players will be able to see one of the series basic advantage: decent appearance of the houses, significantly different from standard panel housing, due to a “no seams” facade fit-out technology.
MSR Perspektiva, a project bureau of LSR Group in Moscow, has created various decorations for Eupo’Pa housing series, including bright colour patterns and diverse architectural elements. Individual solutions for every house in the new neighbourhood make it different from the traditionally similar panel residential units.
