OJSC Betfor Prefabricated Concrete Factory (a subsidiary of LSR Group), following subsidiaries of LSR Group in Moscow and St. Petersburg, has launched a unique energy-efficient “seamless” facade fit-out technology for prefabricated housing construction. The new technology improves both exterior and insulation properties of buildings.
The new technology implies external walls insulation and seamless facades, guaranteeing high insulation and eliminating the risk of leakage and cold bridging.
Another key advantage of the new technology is smooth facade surface. Besides, bright colour patterns and diverse architectural elements will make every house unique and different from others. External walls also get more solid and resistant to severe environmental impact. It is important to note that insulation of the facades does not prolong the project completion date – the works are underway together with utility connections and internal fitting out of the houses.
The first “seamless” houses in Yekaterinburg will be a part of Kalinovsky residential complex, developed by CJSC Nova-Stroy (a subsidiary of LSR Group). The new technology will also be used for construction of the first mass-market town-house in Yekaterinburg as a part of pilot project of the city administration – Svetlorechensky gated community.
Andrey Bibikov, Managing Director of the Urals Office of LSR Group Management Company, comments: “By using “seamless” house-building technology, we launch a brand new product into the real estate construction market of Yekaterinburg. Maintaining construction terms and prices per square meter at the same level, we have managed to significantly improve insulation properties of our houses together with achieving their decent exterior and increased durability.”
