LSR Group started pre-sales in Rassvetny residential project with total area of 182 thousand square metres. The project is implemented on a 9.4 hectare site in the Kirov district of Yekaterinburg. 

Rassvetny residential project combines five multi-sectional 25-storey buildings, wide range of one-, two-, and three-room apartments from 38 to 123 square metres will be offered to the market.

All apartments will be transferred to the customers fully finished. The price per square metre starts at 53 thousand roubles at the beginning of sales. The project is implemented in accordance with Federal regulations of Russian Federation (FZ 214).

The first stage will be completed by the end of 2015.
