ABN AMRO and Renaissance Capital have launched analytical coverage of LSR Group. ABN AMRO analysts John Messenger and Rogier Quirijns have set the target price for LSR Group’s GDRs at US$ 17 with a ‘Buy’ recommendation. The analysts of Renaissance Capital, Alexei Yazykov and Alexander Vengranovich have issued an analytical report with a ‘Buy’ recommendation and a target price of US$ 18.2/GDR. One of the most positive factors for evaluating the company, according to the analysts of both investment banks, is its integrated business model combining real estate development and building materials production, which largely protects LSR from construction cost inflation.
