FY2022 Financial Highlights:

• Revenue reached RUB 139,662 million;

• Adjusted EBITDA increased to RUB 38,568 million;

• Profit for FY 2022 was RUB 13,363 million;

• Basic earnings per share was RUB 161.98;

• According to NF Group, LSR Group's land bank was 9.2 million sqm with the market value increasing to RUB 550.2 billion as of December 31, 2022 (2021: RUB 471.5 billion).
