LSR Group with the participation of S&G Development GmbH starts construction of the hotel complex located near the central station of Leipzig in Germany. The hotel complex will comprise two 6-storey buildings, where medium class (Ramada) and economy class (H2) hotels will be located. Ramada Hotel is designed for 193 rooms, whereas H2 is designed for 336 rooms. 

Hospitality AG will serve as the complex operator. The rental contract has been concluded for the period of 20 years.

It is planned to commission these facilities in 2019.

This is not the first hotel project of LSR Group in Germany. The company together with Accor built the first apartment hotel in the country, Adagio Access, as well as the new hotel of the Ibis Budget network in Munich. They have been in operation since 2014.
