At the beginning of every year KAMAZ Inc. holds conferences with its dealers.
This year the conference was opened on February 24. On the agenda were results of 2004and future plans. First of all KAMAZ Inc. plans to market 2,500 KAMAZ trucks and spare parts for value of 400 million rubles. The Company also intends to open its representative office in Kazakhstan. Its major targets are to organize there more consignment depots and intensively advance leasing programs.
Kazakhstan dealers were the first to be introduced on the conference. According to the results of 2004 Kazakhstan was announced the largest exporter of KAMAZ Inc.’s products: it marketed 2,495 vehicles and spare parts valued 347 million rubles. That was achieved due to KAMAZ Inc.’s 25 dealers in Kazakhstan. Trucks share made 40% and spare parts - 26% of total volume of exported products in that country.
“Establishing sale and service infrastructure and maintaining vehicle fleet in Kazakhstan is the prior target for our company,” said Sergey Kogoghin.
