The LUKOIL Press Service announces that on November 3, 2017, the Prosecutor Office attached to the Ploiesti Court of Appeal issued an ordinance dropping criminal charges of tax evasion and money laundering brought against PETROTEL-LUKOIL S.A. and its General Director A.Y. Bogdanov in 2014.
