OAO LUKOIL’s Press Service warns hereby all interested parties against the activities of the Chinese Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co. Ltd., which illegally identifies itself as an official distributor of OOO LLK-International (a wholly-owned  subsidiary of  LUKOIL) and sells LUKOIL-branded lubricants.
Currently, LLK-International does not supply the original LUKOIL-branded lubricants to Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co. Ltd.or any of the parties related to it.
The Press Service also emphasizes that LLK-International has not consented to Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co. Ltd.’s participation in the 7th China Lubricants Market Focus & Exhibition 2014 in Beijing as its official agent.
Therefore, neither ÎÀÎLUKOIL, nor LLK-International shall bear responsibility for any potential negative consequences, which may arise from the  purchase of LUKOIL-branded lubricants from Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co. Ltd.
OAO LUKOIL’s Press Service hereby also confirms that the official distributor of OOO LLK-International in China since October, 2013 has been Suifenhe Wanfengyuan Economic and Trade Co. Ltd.
