In furtherance of the provisions of the LUKOIL Group Antimonopoly Policy, as recommended by Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), LUKOIL Group's companies located in Russia have approved the Antimonopoly Compliance Provisions which establish the basic principles of competitive business. The provisions envisage implementation and development of integrated measures intended to prevent violations of the effective antitrust laws.

As LUKOIL's First Vice President Vladimir Nekrasov put it, "LUKOIL Group takes consistent measures to ensure compliance with the antitrust laws across all business segments in order to help establish a healthy competitive environment at the markets where we operate".
