The measure is connected with regeneration of the function of electric power metering at the Company’s branches.
IDGC of North-West considers necessary to extend the amount of rendered paid services to increase additional profits of the Company under the existing economic conditions.
Currently, the Company works out proposals on increase of the amount of additional paid services by branches through implementation of works on installation, removal and replacement of accounting and controlling equipment. This is connected with regeneration of the function of electric power metering at the Company’s branches.
At present, the services previously rendered by “Energobalans”, LLC will be rendered by branches of IDGC of North-West through regional Client Service Centers.
During the first half-year 2009, 1,397 paid services for the total sum of RUR 12.5 million have been rendered through Client Service Centers of the IDGC of North-West. Demand for additional services can be proved by the fact that revenue from rendering of paid services increased almost by three times on the second quarter compared with the first one. The revenue grew to RUR 9.1 million.
To remind, all paid services rendered by branches of the Company shall be carried out though Client Service Centers (CSC) for convenience of consumers, according to the order of IDGC of North-West. At the Centers, one can get to know the list of services and the price list.
The list of additional paid service include, as follows: technical maintenance of electric units of outside companies and private individuals, provision for mobile electric stations, transport services, works on testing and observation of electric equipment and cable lines, technical control over building of energy objects of a customer, agency and legal services on technological connection, etc.
Prices for paid services were formed on the base of calculation made with taking into account of regional and production specifics of branches of IDGC of North-West.
