December 31, 2009 is the deadline for submission of notions and suggestions from the workers of the company.
IDGC of North-West will publicly discuss the project of the standard of the organization of STO 01.B2 – 2009 “Analysis and Assessment of Consumers’ Satisfaction”.
The given standard is worked out within the framework of creation of the productive system of “feedback” with the clients directed to the construction and further improvement of the system of the direct and indirect service, increase of the quality of the rendered services, and the development of the spectrum of the possible additional services.
At present IDGC of North-West has implemented the Clients Service Standard in IDGC of North-West, “Regulation on the order on registration and consideration of applications (letters of complaint) of the consumers”, and “Rules of behavior of the personnel during the direct, indirect and interactive service process”.
The public discussion of the project of the organizational standard will be continued up to December 31, 2009. During this time, the workers of IDGC of North-West can present their suggestions concerning the organizational standard project in the written form to the sector of organization of IDGC of North-West clients work.
