On November 10, 2011, the  Board of Directors of the “IDGC North-West” approved the Standard of technical policy on energy metering in the networks of the company
The standard defines a unified concept of operation, development and improvement of energy metering in the distribution grid complex of “IDGC North-West” with using of modern means of metering, data collection and data records.
The standard applies to all branches of “IDGC North-West”, which perform operations in the area of energy metering. Fulfillment of the requirements of the Standard provides implementation of a unified technical policy on electricity metering in the company, aimed at developing and execution of the Program of perspective development of accounting systems in the retail electricity market and the Company's energy efficiency program in 2011-2015.
