Prior to his new appointment, Andrey Kiselev had worked in the capacity of Deputy Branch Director for Capital Construction.
Andrey Kiselev has been appointed Deputy General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC – Director of Vologdaenergo branch since June 13, 2013. An order on his appointment was signed by General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Sergey Titov pursuant to decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated June 7, 2013. Prior to his new appointment, Andrey Kiselev had worked in the capacity of Deputy Branch Director for Capital Construction.
The shifts in Vologdaenergo management are due to retirement of the branch previous chief executive, Alexander Klimanov.
