The Moscow Arbitration Court, by its judgment dated May 15, 2012, dismissed the claim of Severstal, JSC for invalidation of the contract for lease of the Unified National Energy System (“last mile”) facilities concluded between IDGC of the North-West, JSC and FGC UES, JSC in 2011 to the extent of the contract conditions covering the parties’ relations having existed since 01.07.2008.
By this claim Severstal, JSC tried to challenge lawfulness of provision of electric energy transmission services by IDGC of the North-West, JSC using the corresponding “last mile” facilities during the period having preceded the said contract conclusion.
