Court of the Pskov Region dismiss the appeal of the Pskov Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
On May 31, 2012 the Federal Arbitration Court for the North-Western Federal District, having considered the causation appeal of the Pskov Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, ruled to uphold the judgments of the Arbitration Court of the Pskov Region dated November 7, 2011 and of the Fourteenth Arbitration Appeal Court dated February 1, 2012 and to once again dismiss the appeal of the Pskov Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
