Having studied the case records, the court met the plaintiff’s claim in full.
By its ruling dated December 14, the Arbitration Court of the Pskov Region collected 1.33 mln RUR from ELIZ, JSC (Perm) for the benefit of Pskovenergosbyt, JSC (100% subsidiary company of IDGC of the North-West) relying on the arbitration record.
On October 15, 2012 Pskovenergosbyt, JSC filed against the defendant a lawsuit in the court, claiming collection of 1.33 mln RUR inclusive of overdue payment for electric energy for July-August 2012 amounting to 1.32 mln RUR and interest for use of another's monetary assets equal to 10.2 thousand RUR. Having studied the case records, the court met the plaintiff’s claim in full.
