Since October 30, 2012 Dmitry Tiron has been appointed Deputy General Director for Capital Construction of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. Dmitry Petrovich Tiron was born 02.02.1968. Graduated from A.F. Mozhaysky Military Engineering Institute decorated with the Order of the Red Banner (1990), qualification – “Electrical Engineer”. In 2001 he graduated from the Cross-Industry Institute for Managerial Staff Qualifications Upgrade and Further Training under Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, in 2010 – North-Western Academy of Public Administration.
In 1993–2002 he occupied managerial positions with different commercial companies. In 2002–2003 he worked for Energoservice, SUE, in 2003–2006 – headed “Energoservice” United Center for Engineering and Power Industry, LLC (Saint Petersburg). In 2006–2007 he headed Stroykomplekt, SE of Saint Petersburg (Deputy General Director, General Director) and RosStroyGroup, CJSC (Deputy General Director). In 2007–2008 he worked in the Construction Committee of the Government of Saint Petersburg, in 2008–2009 – occupied the position of Deputy General Director with StroyProfComplex planning and design office and EnergoPromInvest, LLC. In 2009–2010 – First Deputy General Director, General Director of the administration of “Baltstroy” Restoration & Construction Building Company, JSC. In 2010–2012 – Head of the Unit for Specifications Preparation and Control of the Construction Committee of the Government of Saint Petersburg.
Before appointment by IDGC of the North-West, JSC he had occupied the position of Technical Director of BaltStroy, LLC (Saint Petersburg).
