Relying on the expected fact of the 2011 Investment Program execution, the amount of CAPEX assimilation is forecast to make 5.075 bln RUR, which is 101% of the plan approved by the Board of Directors. The estimated cost of the critical investment projects of IDGC of the North-West, JSC for 2011 2016 is rated as amounting to 10.9 bln RUR. The Company includes to the said category major projects with estimated cost in excess of 300 mln RUR, projects ensuring generating companies capacity output as well as projects having special importance for regional energy systems operation and high social significance. Among them is construction of 110/35/10 kV “Yuzhnaya” substation in the Vologda Region and 110 kV “Sokolovka-Pazhga” overhead line with extension of 110/10 kV “Sokolovka” and 110/10 kV “Pazhga" substations in the Komi Republic for control whereof the Company will use a new automated construction control system. In 2011, IDGC of the North-West carried out reconstruction of 449 substations. Thus, in 2011 CAPEX on reconstruction of 110/10 kV “Iskra” and 110/35/10 kV “Antushevo” substations made 274.361 mln RUR and 203.461 mln RUR accordingly, both substations located within the Vologda Region territory. In 2011, Pskovenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West completed the third (final) stage of reconstruction of the backbone 110/10/6 kV Substation No. 53 “Pskov”. This project has been the most large-scale one for the branch during the recent few years. The estimated cost of the project is 426.7 mln RUR (VAT excluded)). In 2011, the energy facility reconstruction CAPEX exceeded 60 mln RUR.
