11 of them have been proposed by IDGC Holding, JSC 

The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC has considered shareholders’ proposal and approved of the list for voting on election to the Board of Directors of the Company 18 candidates have been nominated for the 11 positions. 11 of them have been proposed by IDGC Holding, JSC (holding 55.38 % of the company) while the other seven are candidacies advanced by the minority shareholders: Energosouz Holdings Limited (5.65 %), Energyo Solutions Russia (Cyprus) Limited (12.65 %), Memphito Limited (4.57 %).
The extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC of the North-West, JSC whereat the Board of Directors is to be newly elected will take place on August 28.
Included in the list of candidacies proposed by IDGC Holding, JSC are: First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC, Executive Director of IDGC Holding, JSC Andrey Murov, General Director of Trunk Electric Power Grids of the North-West branch of FGC UES, JSC Valery Ageyev, Member of the Management Board, Deputy Executive Director for Economy and Finance of IDGC Holding, JSC Aleksey Demidov, Director for Strategy, Development and Innovations of IDGC Holding, JSC Dmitry Pankov, General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Sergey Titov.
