Denis Orlov has been appointed Acting Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of IDGC of North-West (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC). An order to the effect was signed by General Director of the Company Alexander Letyagin. Denis Orlov was born in Apatity (Murmansk Region) in 1975. He graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy for Economics, degree in – “Finance and Credit”. In 1995, he entered employment as accountant of Complex, CJSC. In 1996 – 1998, he worked as a Lead/Head Specialist of the Administration for Coordination of Land-Related Property relationships in the Government of Moscow. In 1998 – 2006, he worked as a Head Specialist/Division Head of the Central Territorial Agency of the Moscow Property Department. In 2006, he occupied the position of a Division Head with United Directorate for Management of Cinema Circuits Property Portfolio (Moscow City State Unitary Enterprise). In 2006 – 2009, he was Head of Administration of the Prefect’s Office of the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow. In 2009 – 2012, he was Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Orel Region – Chief of Infrastructure Block. In 2012 – 2014, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities under the Government of the Leningrad Region.
