Expert RA (RAEX) rating agency has assigned to IDGC of the North-West (subsidiary company of IDGC of the Russian Grids, JSC) the highest governance quality rating -A++.gq (Highest Level of Governance Quality).
The level of IDGC of the North-West ratings has been positively affected by the high level of executive bodies’ activities organization, financial and business activities control and corporate social responsibility systems, the high level of information disclosure and organization of committees under the Board of Directors.
