Almost half of non-tariff revenue of IDGC North-West in 2010, provided "Komienergo", which is a leader by the number of customer service centers (in the territory of Republic Komi there are six).
In order to improve the customer relations, at the end of 2010 the company completed the development of two automated systems: "Accounting for complaints and appeals" and "Accounting for additional paid services." From January 2011 the systems are in operation in all branches of IDGC North-West. In order to create an effective system of feedback from customers, build and further improve the services, was developed an interactive questionnaire "Evaluate our work," which since November 2010 is available on the Company's website.
