Reported by RIA Novosti, February 7, 2013 The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Karelia, at its preliminary session, appointed consideration of the claim of IDGC of the North-West, JSC for 50.24 mln RUR of indebtedness for electric energy transmission services to be collected from Siberian-Urals Aluminium Company, JSC (SUAL, part of UC RUSAL) for February 21 (reported on the website of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation). IDGC claims to collect 49.5 mln RUR of debt for electric energy transmission services provided in October–November 2012 as well as 735 thousand RUR of interest for use of another's monetary assets. In late January, the thirteenth arbitration court supported the judgment of the inferior court for 111.2 mln RUR to be collected from SUAL for the benefit of IDGC for electric energy transmission services provided in March–May of the previous year.
