General Director of IDGC of the North-West Segey Titov took part in the conference chaired by Governor of the Vologda Region Oleg Kuvshinnikov and dedicated to harmonization of approaches to tariff policy, drawing long-term investment programs of the electric power grid companies operating within the region territory and cross-subsidization problems. 

Oleg Kuvshinnikov communicated that the Government of the Vologda Region and Severstal, JSC have decided to initiate amendments to the federal law “On Electric Power Industry” and to draw a schedule for cross-subsidization amount reduction.
Sergey Titov suggested that Severstal, JSC improve settlements for electric energy transmission services and expressed his assuredness that the agreements reached between the grid company and the region’s largest consumer would lead to mutually beneficial decisions taken that would have a positive effect on the region development.
