A conference dedicated the issue of preparation of the Russian Federation constituent entities for 2013–2014 heating season was held at the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of President of the Russian in the North-Western Federal District. Chief Engineer of IDGC of the North-West Andrey Gorokhov reported on preparedness of the grid complex located within the responsibility zone of the company.
Additionally, Andrey Gorokhov noted the problem of arrears for electric energy transmission services and submitted for consideration the proposal on creation of working commissions for evaluation of efficiency of community services providers’ operation.
